STEAM INSULATION HEAT PRESERVATINON STEEL PIPE
Direct buried steam pipeline have kinds of structures, but dating back to the root causes and mechanism, it's a derivative directly buried hot water piping and pipeline, which can be divided into external sliding type and internal sliding type.
External sliding type
This type design method comes from heat pipe trench. Change the pipe trench from common brick or concrete to steel jacket pipe. Install support inside the steel jacket pipe and make the work steel pipe with the insulation material closely contacted. The work steel pipe is supported in the steel jacket pipe, to make the support rolled inside the steel jacket pipe, forming the structure of steel pipe trench. This structure is adopting the soft insulation materials, which effectively settles the problem of increased frication caused by radial expansion. It can't cause insulation eccentricity and crushed phenomenon because of inner supporting ring.

Internal sliding type
This type firstly comes from hot water pre-fabricated insulation pipe, to improve the insulation pipe thermal endurance, first will package a layer of high temperature resistant inorganic heat preservation material out of the work steel, and drop the wall temperature into the polyurethane temperature range. Polyurethane foaming at the external of the work steel pipe and package the outer jacket pipe for waterproofing. This structure type characteristic is to produce sliding between work steel pipe and insulation material in the inner rigid. But it's hard to deal with the flow leakage, and thermal walking of the pipe fitting is hard to compensate large diameter pipeline of work steel pipe greater weight, so it's easy to cause insulation material eccentric or crush to increase the inner friction.

The up two insulation structure are applied at home. It's more reliable to adopt external than the internal sliding in design theory, because the force analysis is simple, the internal air layer Settings easily, row of wet is better. Abroad basically adopts the sliding structure, and the promotion use has gradually been recognized by everyone in domestic.
